I'm not an expert, but I'd say the latter.
In some cases, such "small decisions" change some scenes.
I'm not sure about the pool party at the house of Sammy though, especially the talk with that kid.
Yeah, I suspected as much. Didn't know that there is an actual variable though.
Most of the major decisions in this game are hard to miss.
Maybe we'll get to confirm this decision in a later update as well.
Regarding that scene (which I really loved btw!), I could imagine somebody being okay with Claire dating some boy, but just not *that* particular boy. For which there are several good reasons.

This game is massively underrated.
Quite simply, this game is right up there with the best and most popular games here at F95zone, primarily on the strength of it's story and characters. It's some of the best writing I've seen, absolutely blowing away the storylines of most others.
Basic Premise: Very good. Like many of these games the basic premise of the storyline is somewhat extreme. However, it is a great change of pace that the main character isn't endowed with a physically impossible mega penis, doesn't have a father who owns half the world, and isn't some MMA champion. Instead we have a character who is relatively wealthy, but is there by hard work that has isolated him, and that has taken up most of his life. It's extreme, but it's believable.
Characters: Very good. The MC and the 'daughter' are not one dimensional nor excessively trope-based. The complex imperfection of the relationship with girlfriend Susan is a welcome difference to the norm, and well supported in interactions with other characters. The weakest character so far is the reporter, and even she has more depth than most games give their 'supporting' characters.
Artwork and Renders: Good. To be honest, the models used for several characters are not the usual pretty ones, which on one hand gives it more reality, a bit more 'grit', but at the same time take away some of the eye-candy appeal. Ray is just a bit too over-the-top on the hulk scale for a guy that can supposedly spend days following people without getting spotted. The animations though are some of the smoothest in class, settings and scenery are good.
What's missing? Well, aside from some prominent but (so far) gentle Sub-Dom fetishism, and Susan looking much older than most main characters in such games (so potentially something for the granny fetishists), there's very little choice of fetish action or interest. Players drawn by big boobs, foot fetish, tattoos, or a dozen other peccadilloes are just not going to be drawn to this game, and perhaps that has contributed to it being so massively underrated.
The other thing notably missing is books. The MC is not just a published and successful writer, but one so well published that he's actively wealthy. His home should be filled with books, and there's barely a single bookshelf anywhere - really stands out.

Thanks, convinced me to try it. Renders look great but most people overlook a 0.10 release because it normally means no content, this game seems to be an exception.

Yup, some people pump out the first release and kneejerk a lot of typo and bug fixes instead of giving it a final playthrough before release. Anyway, playing it now and its really promising.

The daughter is very nice & i fully accept slow play in such a scenario but all in all to me it felt rather glacial.
That might have been fine if i found the supporting cast particularly appealing but so far they are a bit meh.
Might check out further down the line to see if it has picked up steam.

LOL! You are right... I must admit to not having picked up on this...
You may be right here too, but is that really so important? The main fetish here is not-incest / incest. And that is done way better than most (even all) popular games, e.g. DMD. Personally I am quite turned off by ridiculously big boobs or tattoos and don't care for feet either.
In my opinion this game has the most powerful fetishes ever, maybe they are not lots like in other porn games just focused in sex no matter what, how or with who. But what there is here is really strong and a inmersive experience. I have played all the routes and find tension and enjoyment in every one. If u choose domination the thoughts of MC, the slow pace making her obedient and submissive, the scenes with the gorgeous Claire showing off more little by little and making MC more and more hungry of her is really making u feel inside of the game and share those thoughts and plans. If u choose corruption, well this is less worked so far, but starting also specially since pool scenes with that kid and its interesting path for me also.

Really basic question since I see the name popping up more and more. Is Claire the default name for the daughter and I just don't remember that?
(When I started it was more or less free choice so I named her Elisha for a slight resemblance to Elisha Cuthbert.)

Usually, even a writer who doesn't have any of their own books on hand simply to lend to people, will still have hundreds of other works, some for research, and some purely for inspiration - the writer they aspire to be like, or such.
Well, I'm a marketing guy. I always think that it is better for a game to have such things people can opt to pursue or not pursue so that you can have the bigger market - more potential players means more potential Patrons and Supporters. Think of them like the optional extras on a car - not everyone wants them, but it's a big deal indeed to have them available.
Certainly having the options it does hits some of the main ones with sub/dom (related is corruption which is another kind of Dom), and age hits a couple of the most profitable sub-niches of adult fetish... but Sub/Dom is without BDSM elements, so doesn't even hit that fully. Adding a few other characters you could opt to pursue or not, each with a different fetish/interest would massively widen the appeal and market for the game (and be a lot more realistic than a world where everyone is happy to be dominated or submitted to equally without even a moment of wonder).
