In the final version, does Alison come to Ivy’s birthday party? Alison said she would attend when Ian invited her in previous versions of Chapter 10, but it seemed Eva Kiss had not implemented that yet.

Well, depends on what you mean by linear, though. There are a bunch of path options, but any game that goes chapter to chapter is generally not going to be Open-world. Despite the wide path variety, you'll still be playing in order on your path, with different options depending on previous choices, just like in the majority of AVNs. Those options are just more plentiful here.
