Not true. You can also write a real review instead of sugarcoating it to achieve the same result.
She's gonna make a shit-ton of money if she gets to release this on Steam. There's really nothing quite like it there now with the 2d drawing aspect. Not sure how much content she'd need to change to get past the review board - arguably little to none so far, but potentially a small bit of the text. GGGB had... a lot more content that would enrage the censors.
