Tell Louise about Jeremy flirting with Ivy. Then accept when she wants to sleep with you. Accept the first time she wants to fool around as well. This scene and option will then unlock in chapter 7.

Could this possibly be a foreshadow to a pornstar route for Alison (or any girls for that matter) ? Considering that Jeremy "talked" like a pornstar in the video, and the fact that Lena meets Billy who claims to have "other" sources of income?

Don't invite Perry to the club in chapter 5, flirt with Emma in the club and kiss her instead of going to Alison, that way you will get to have sex with her.

At this point, Alison will be cut off. Thus, in chapter 7, before Ian leaves for Fortress, he will be visited by Emma who will then give him a blowjob. That's all so far, just two scenes involving Emma.

Next update will prob be out around end of May - mid June boyz. Eva already adressed this and said it will probably take 8 to 10 weeks now to make updates as they get bigger and bigger with the amount of routes available.

Yeah. It's a meta NTR coding breakthrough. A few players get to randomly sleep with Holly based on keystroke variations. Then they post it online to get everyone else super jelly, like you're actually being cheated on by the game itself. It's quite brilliant, really.
