I feel we can predict that there will be more Cindy sex scenes though.
I'd be really surprised if Ian can't win Cindy in the end, but the details of getting to that point is of course hard to predict, like you say.
A thought: Could he be military against his family's wishes? Lena is very vocal about avoiding violence, I have no idea if this is a topic Eva is interested in, but could Lena's family be pacifists who disapproved of the son joining the troops?
Mother's dialogue would make sense with a soldier son who was on a tour of duty and he could be estranged because he differs from them politically. He could even be a more conservative kind of character and therefore serve as a character that judges Lena's possible promiscuity and choice of relationships. That could be dramatically interesting.

By the comments it looks like, Male MC can be a stereotypical alpha (which i love) with multiple girls. But with lena, who is main female MC of this game have only options that are to become a romantic simp. Ahh, not interested. I will be back if there is some stereotypical "be a man" content of Ian with Lena. Bye.

What about Ian/Lena path? That seems like the boring path for fans like me who are Non-NTR male MC corruption fans and NTR fans who like female MC corruption games.

Ian can't really be played as a stereotypical alpha, but he can be played to get with a lot of girls. Lena can also have sex with quite a few characters of either gender.
They are not typically pornographic characters though, so their dialogue might not reflect the mindset you are looking for.

But, if this game goes GGGB way, i'm sure there will be choices for lena to become slut or whore or hotwife, BBC addict, Seymour's slave and Ian can become beta MC, cuckold etc.
Then, for Non-NTR fans, who like to see Ian's paths, why there can't be chances for Ian to become kind of Alpha, maledom, hardcore with girls including lena and make her as cuckquean?

Well, we don't really know what the rest of the game will look like yet.
I don't think either Ian or Lena will get to have sex with everyone on one playthrough, but we'll see. Ian has to choose between some girls, but we just don't know if he will get second chances with the ones he does not choose.
So far Lena has only met some restrictions in terms of sexual options.
I don't think you will find a product that will satisfy your ultimate sexual fantasies such as you have described them in ORS, but I think you'll still find something you like and something that partially fit those details.

So, you saying those i mentioned for lena wont be possible? or wont be possible for Ian or both? I can challenge that this game will sure going to have all those i mentioned for Lena because the dev is the one who made GGGB game and it is a inspiration to this game. So, yeah, it may not be too corruption like GGGB corruption paths, but sure there will be choices for lena to become "NTR queen, lesbian queen, slut, whore or whatever and make Ian a cuck and beta."
But, I'm not very sure for Ian's Non-NTR paths to be like "Alpha King, maledom, hardcore, Lena as cuckquean". May be he can only have romantic and some no strong attached paths. Nothing more than that. Especially with lena.
But I hope dev make it playable for Non-NTR corruption and maledom fans too.

Yes, "ian_lena_over" -the scenario you just described- also works to get the pic. But if you're only interested in getting that (it's a very small scene) and are not in a fully committed Cherry's path you can always use the console to set "ian_lena_dating" to False.
Yeah I don't expect anything like a harem ending to be possible in ORS (closest thing to it in GGGB were the Arthur endings I suppose and that was already one of the more ridiculous endings possible). But Ian can already sleep with everyone in the same run except Holly and Cindy, he just can't be sleeping with everyone at the same time.
If by "non-NTR" you mean no cheating, Ian being more domineering in sex is already possible with pretty much all the LIs, it just requires a high "lust" score, which can be a bit hard to acquire if you don't want your Ian sleeping around too much, but it is not impossible (he does need to at least be kinda pervy around most girls though).
If by "non-NTR" you mean male cheating is okay but female cheating is forbidden, then yeah I'm not sure that is gonna happen. The game will probably have a cuck path for a devoted Ian that makes some mistakes, but I don't see a cuckqueen Lena happening outside of the endgame of a VERY high corruption route (i.e being forced by Seymour to sleep around a lot and becoming basically a sex slave). I'm not saying I don't think she can't be Ian's cuckqueen, but to get to that result I feel Lena will have to be passed around a lot before she belongs to Ian, maybe in a path where Ian becomes Seymour's protégé and Lena is his final reward.
