Based on where you're missing images for I'm guessing you downloaded it in July, OoT gets updated monthly with a new chapter so if you don't keep up to date the update files loss relevance quickly.

There was no 2.83 version available for download, you must mean 2.63. Between 2.63 there was 2.68, 2.69.5, 2.70, 2.77. That's a lot of content you missed. You need full download and if you want to avoid doing full download again in the future - you have to keep up with patches (they are usually every month).

This game is nothing like Eternum. It is like Superhuman just less emo/angsty and more JVN like. The second half is a 9/10 for me which is about the same as I would give Superhuman.

It is a shame the game like other koikatsu games is not available on steam otherwise I would have purchased it. I will probably create an account and buy it on itch later this weekend. Despite my complaints it provided me 40 hours of entertainment.

Yeah well unless your grandpa is Bill Gates and you can convince him to acquire Illusion ILLGames, nothing Koi or HS is getting on Steam anytime this century.

I would really, really recommend you think about why the gigantic, in-your-face meme at the beginning the of the game doesn't match up with what any of the spirits say about CJ.

having a character named after yourself in a porn game is so unbelievably cringe worthy after learning the character was named after the creator I couldn't stop cringing while playing that's why I have always named myself something else because I am not a loser whom needs to be validated by making a character named after me have magical powers and get a bunch of women also it isn't hard to make an input in which a variable is inputted and inserted in place of a name but i assume that might be above your skill level any way game it to cringe to play.

Just played the game and here are my overall impressions - Note: I am writing this for new players and not for the dev/the people here. I have not left a review because I want to compare it to other games which goes against f95's review rules.

Things I like: Story and characters are a 10/10. I hate how koikatsu looks but this game is an exception - the characters dont look like children and I like the style. The story arcs are very interesting and even the dumb MC who I liked the least among the important characters becomes lovable. The game this reminds me of the most is Superhuman - it has incredibly engaging story arcs and a grand narrative. I also like that this has a poly relationship instead of a regular MC focused harem. Outside of games with very specific settings such as power fantasy games like Desert Stalker, the whole harem being focused only on the MC and nobody else just feels weird. The last thing I would like to point out is that this is perhaps the only Unity VN I have played that feels just as good as Renpy. Every other Unity VN I have played were worse off for it being written in Unity - I can understand why some VNs are written in Unity (for example Love of Magic is a Unity game I like that needs Unity because of the poker minigame) but most Unity VNs dont have gameplay elements and so they are really clunky compared to Renpy which was designed for VNs. This is the first time I have played a Unity VN where I felt like it being written in Unity did not degrade the gameplay experience.

As for things I dislike: I dislike the humor. For me meme humor works in games that are not serious (games like Solvalley School, Epiclust's games etc) but here meme humor felt jarring because the game deals with some dark shit. Thats not to say serious stories should not have humor - I think the humor in games like Eternum, Projekt Passion etc make those games better but it works for those games because they dont rely on meme humor or cheap laughs. Here the humor made it worse for me because it felt at odds with the tone of the rest of the game. The other criticism I have is the entire starting section of the game. It takes several hours for the game to get good. The game is 40 hours long and most of the content is good but that does not change that you need to sit through several hours of content that frankly was boring to me and did not hold up to the later parts of the game. Other things people might dislike are the dense MC and the Anime like story - I personally am indifferent. I did not like them but I did not dislike that either.

Overall a 7-8/10 for me.

I'm still in the early stages of my replay, and I noticed something I won't spoil when your hilarious cartoon dad imbues you with power and strips away your weakness. That outline looks kind of familiar, doesn't it?

I have translated renpy game before but this game was made by Unity so it new to me.

Probably wait until the next update at the end of this month, all the scripts are getting reworked. What language are you looking at though?
