Err, shouldn't you unzip that first ? Have you started the game and made a save ? Then the folder should show up.
Ah then I bet it's because I'm running an expired free version of WinRar. it always freaks out when I try to change stuff after I unzip the archive.

Is it me, or is the new downtown map broken? The building you need the plant heart for seems to be bricked over...
