after getting ending e ("perfect ending") i know what a sequal where you continue as juno and manage human settlements while helping the dryads
Its explained in the notes thats in the university level where the Dryad is the only enemy as well as the terminal with the male doctor and the game even drops a visual hint that the player can interact with without getting grabbed if they get her away from it.

Hi, guys. Anyone remember wheres car keys in the Cold pin? I find fuel and car, but didnt see this keys in totaly annoying darkness.

If I remember correctly they should be lying on the road. They should be near the exit to the western area where you have found fuel.

minimal scenes with tentacles (maybe 2 or 3) and every game over CG the main character get's pregnant but it's only seen giving birth in one of the endings for the game

So it's impossible to get the 'best' ending if you used sexual favours to upgrade the base? Also, where are all the notes?
Tinkering around with the save editor solves the issue of just getting all the notes. Which triggers are required for getting the Ending E? I've managed to change the outcome of the base sidequests so that all 4 endings were unlocked. I've also turned on the 'Hawke Enlightened' switch but that didn't work to unlock Ending E.

If I am right you need to finish all side-quests, collect all 8 notes, upgrade the base using base points only and deliver research data to general Hawke. I don't know if and how it is possible to set conditions in save files.
