Yeah, from what I see our runs are a almost the same with a lil difference. I do enjoy that the game doesn't force you to be with certain girls other than your job, and even though, it doesn't force you, it still there is a lot of plot and story to play.Nice to see someone who shares the same passion for the MONK path. I too didn't feel like it was the right time or place to be physically intimate (more than the plot-mandated scenes, at least) with any of the girls so far in my main playthrough, even though I really like Hana. Just don't have it in me to, like the MC, try to start an honest and clean relationship when my professional life creates so much indirect infidelity.
Gotta say, especially in a game that deals with depravity as much as Pale Carnations, it was real refreshing to be able to have a check on sexual encounters and turn down or keep friendly distances with the girls that made a move on me. So I laughed real hard after turning down Felicia at Ian's, was respectful with Mina during acting help and friendzoned her, and also turned down Hana's birthday gift offer. Didn't even try to get a coffee date with Rosalind and didn't help with Veronica's "stress relief". 5/5 baby.
Despite that it was still a thoroughly enjoyable experience so I would absolutely call that a job well done.
The few differences between our runs from what I see was. Hana's birthday, wasn't something forced, and she is aware of everything MC does, she do like him and have been trying to have sex with him for a long time, just MC won't make the move. As long as they want it, and they know where you come from, and it isn't trade for anything it is just because they like you, I am ok with it.
Veronica relief also is something she wanted. After MC did what he did to her at the first exhibition, she got into MC. So after all that work session at the Gym (photo shoot), She genuinely wanted MC and MC also wanted her, The photoshoot was done already, so it was just 2 people horny who wanted each other. Even without the photoshoot, you can notice her changes towards MC. SO yes I did relieve with her, She also know where he comes from, so it was all in full honesty, and she didn't do it expecting nothing in exchange.
And that is what I didn't like about Rosalind. I didn't use Rosalind at the beggining, when she was an object given to MC to convince him to work for that club. I didn't want to have sex with her, so she kisses MC saying he is cute. MC genuinely liked her and wanted to be her friend. But then she comes to his place with that offer. First, she knows he likes her, and try to use it to take advantage of him. Then when he notices what she wants from him and gets mad she makes that proposition. I tried the option "Help her for free" but at the end, she doesn't accept it for free, and they would end up having sex. So ofc, I went back and changed that option. Because I wouldn't fall for her game and wouldn't trade my genuine will of helping her for sex. So, the only way she feels like having sex with MC is if she is getting something in return? No help for her then.
Felicia the reason why I turn her down is because she doesn't tell a lot to MC, She already knew about the club, had accepted to participate on everything etc. Any kind of personal relationship would be on her advantage.
Mina I also rejected her, but I didnt use the friendzone option, even though, at the end it is just the same. I choose the option "ian is my bro" I liked this option's interaction a lot more than the other one.
So with all being said, it only leaves me with Hana and Veronica. They both knows what MC does for living, they wanted MC because they like MC. I feel like their interaction has been genuine. But nothing much happen between them, sexually talking.
Kaytleen I refuse her because I don't want her to think she can control MC with sex, neither want her using MC as lab rat to Abel's drug, also she is always trying to use the fact that MC's mother is an ex porno actress and I don't like the way she envolves his mother to get what she wants sometimes.
At the end, it has been a very pleasant gameplay and game, in a "Monk" path.

I'm enjoying this very much. My hope now is that the MC goes to the 'dark side', with the things he's done and seen he's either got to embrace that or quit imo. Yeah I know it's early days for him but he doesn't appear to be afraid to dig in.

The game will be 5 chapters long (chapters 2 to 5 each represent a week's time), plus a handful of epilogues to to fill out the endings.

This game is PURE ART. Beatiful story, beatiful girls, after one only year this game has a lot of story developed. A must to play.

We still have a long road with a lot of work ahead of us. It's a bit too early to be thinking about what's next. Eye on the prize and all that.

You guys are awesome. I hope you get nice money for that exclusive approach not just to create a game, but create a complex story between unique characters. Thank you. You even could write a book after you done with game.

Since this year coming to an end, I would like to thank GIL and TD for their hard work and providing such high quality content for us. I'm glad I found this game, and so far I'm still not disappointed.
As for the update, I don't think I can say something new, everything was cool as always. The only thing I should mention, is that I like the look of the new side girls that's being introduced in every update. Previously, Harper and Lucy had caught my attention, and now there is a third - Nurse Sophia. I look forward to future interactions with her.
As the last thing, which is more like my personal wish, I kinda curious if Edwin will start to use more club benefits to satisfy his sex desires? This question bugging me a bit, since there is clearly a club route (which I took for the first playthrough) and the story give me feeling like we somewhere in the middle of it. But still Edwin feels kinda awkward around there. I hope the devs diversify our character along the way, so Edwin will have all kinds of fun during his club visits or start heavily sabotaging them depending on the route. That's all I wanted to say.
