Currently, the toughness points do not play the role they are intended for (rarely are choices influenced by them, but some are) and maybe they will not at all, this is undecided at the moment. But you can take your toughness points as a kind of marker. Up to a dozen points you are a really nice, helpful guy. Up to about 20 you are , as TD once said, mischievious. You are still a nice, helpful guy, but you can take harsh choices if you think them justified. Which is a slippery slope, so look out for yourself. Around 30 points you are well on your way towards an all-around asshole. You can see that in the texts, which change more or less subtle depending on your toughness points.

I got latest hana patch just recently so I'm pretty much well fed up to the point that the missing opportunity don't really bother me like at all as if I dire of incest kink so much there are plenty other games I played that specifically walk on that path cause the main story is all about it

In this case dev made clear that victoria only act as plot catalyst that gives mc the reason of sympathetic feeling towards these carnations or hana mom, it what makes mc can relate to hana so to me it's a win.

I was never worried about where the game is going in terms of that aspect, but having an outright clarification is great too.
Keep doing what you're doing because clearly it's working.

Perhaps it's also the right time to neutralize an opinion which surfaces from time to time, and was already several times denied by the Dev: that Edwin watches the videos of Victoria for his sexual gratification. Especially the very first scene is quite (purposefully) ambigous in this regard, with him sitting in the dark, half-naked. It's is not idiotic to assume he is jerking off, at a first glance, but i'd like to counter this with material from the scene itself, to show it's worthwhile to take a second look at nearly every scene.
As we can see both hands are unused on the chairs armrests. He is also able to answer the door almost immediatley, there is no "Just a second, please." Yet, this is not 100%, since we don't see both hands at the same time. But we have another example of the setup of his wanking session and what is his go for:
right hand worker, obviously. Prefers to have toilet roll in comfortable reach on the left side and likes to watch slightly fantasy themed lesbian porn, which seem to be as far away as possible from his Mothers porn settings, both in bodytypes of the actresses and the theme, which is not a reality type. While not ultimatively conclusive, it suggests that the introduction scene was more likely not a wanking session. I can't completely rule out, that there may be a level of excitement and arousal on a very basic and animalistic level, like anyone can encounter when they are exposed to sexual images, but i don't think he ever wanted or needed to act out on this, quite the opposite.
Probably he gets more annoyed by it than he already was.

I've been gaming for nearly three decades now and any game can be amazing if the talent behind it is passionate about it.
Actually reading everything and listening to the music (kind of like in "Being a DIK") is engaging enough to make this a good story with sexual elements.
If the only focus is the sex it usually (for me) is very un-interesting.
So cheers man, you guys are doing very high quality work imho.

Yeah, I just started playing this a few days ago, honestly I'm hooked. I also loved the breaching choices that makes this game very replayable. Like I was shocked in during the club scene that it have two breaching paths.
Playthough 1: I just hangout with Felicia and had sex with her in the bathroom.
Playthough 2: I just chilled with Ian/Mina and then the game at Ian house as well was great.
There many breaching I loved but don't spoiler for some who are new here.
Question? Will the game be finished around the last of the month or after? I'm just curious sometimes I forget all this is happening in a month because the game feels long and I love it.

A movie like In the Realm of the Senses was regarded as porn. It's gratuitous. It's inflammatory, disturbing, and provoking. It has value. Hell, even just two amateurs fucking on camera to make an easy buck, even if they're not intending to, runs contrary to the ways in which various institutions that be have tried to control human beings at large.

Finally getting to play the recent update. Just me refusing to play this masterpiece without being in the right headspace.
Primarily one lewd scene but what a scene it was. Was that the longest scene of the game so far? Also love that you can go full depravity and return to lovey-dovey. To many games tie that to being a complete abusive asshole. Having the woman get off to the depravity without her getting "(mind-)broken" outside the bedroom is probably my favorite but unfortunately too rare around here.
Then there's a lot of branching and setting up for the future. The previous decision where to sleep has some consequences. Kathleen's present and future visits of Veronica seems to be tied to choosing them. Going to mom doesn't do much except for a few stats. Not too sure about Mina. It confirms her wanting a threesome but you might get there if you picked up enough bi-curious point before anyway. The bigger question here is if GF Hana will be down for that? Or if this was the only shot at making Hana your GF? Maybe you can get her later down the road. Also big prob to the facial expression here. The brief look of anxiety and disappointment when you agree with her to only be FWB before she puts on a smile again was really well done.
Not sure how Ian's paths come into play in the future. Best I can think off is having him under Chuck's thumb while fucking over the club owners will lead to problems. Similar having him self reflect and better himself might alienate you if you go full on Kathleen's route.
Another thing that I thought could matter in the future is learning about Jerrica's liking of cute frogs but the walkthrough doesn't list any variables being set. You only get to know it by answering the phone during the date. You can easily afford to spare the points you miss. Maybe her birthday being next month is out of scope for the game?
Anyway thanks to the devs for another great update. I'll be looking forward to more as always.
