I'm a first time user and just seeing how many routes it will take to get everything since there is no harem?

You can see almost every scene in 1 playtrough and interact with every girl and experience like 90% of all the content all girls have to offer, so don't worry too much about it.


(the few scenes you might not get is because you can't do "everything" in 1 run, but if you savescum a bit you should get pretty much every scene no problem)
