Can anyone explain me what was Mina thinking in the Hana's show part? Like, she made a pretty weird face when I tried to kiss her or talked about date. I love both Mina and Hana but the game wont let me get both without any consequences so I'm gonna go with Mina till the end.

That's all dependent on your choices previously. Any committed relationship with Hana or Mina locks out the threesome, but not sure specifically what you're asking about.
I'm currently going Fck buddy route with Hana and Lover route with Mina. In the new update, we gonna have a meeting at Hana's show and while talking with Mina, both Mina and MC made weird thoughts and face tbh. MC rethinking about being jealous. Mina made pretty weird face when I tried to kiss her upstairs and reject. Even when talking about having a date, she also acted really weird. Idk if being in a relationship with both Hana and Mina gonna give any consequences or not, but if yes, then I'm gonna go with Mina from now

If it was like my playthrough (also fuck buddy and casual lover) Mina didn't want to be a dirty secret, so you take her back down to the crowd and kiss her there. Not exactly rocket surgery.
welp, I tried to reject outside club segs as much as possible knowing that... Still had to do the club activities for money tho
Not a big problem, I normally keep Mina a close friend, nothing more. Have just one save for the threesome path, most are for other playthrough variants.

The second one confuses me as well. To get it you need to kiss Mina publicly and then cheer up for Hana.

Given the quote in the screenshot, iirc Jerrica is giving Hana shit about Edwin. Whether Edwin and Hana actually fuck or kiss in public is quite irrelevant here, Mina can still feel quite upset/insecure over the idea of "this guy i like is being discussed in the context of being close [friend] with another girl".
When you say "i'm not on Hana's path" do you mean Hana GF path or no interactions at all? Did Edwin in your game go on a "date" with Hana and/or fuck?

As I said, this scene has 2 variations: Mina upset/pensive and Mina merrily amused.
If you hang out with her till the end, but you end up taking her at the bar instead of cheering for Hana, Mina won't be pensive: she will be amused by Jerrica and Hana.
