It's not a harem game, yes it will block Mina as far as we know, no one knows if there's a path in the future for a throuple, but I don't believe it will happen.

With all this said I tried Hana GF on my first playthrough, but then Mina rejected me when I met her next time, don't really remember the details was a long time ago, I just went back on a save file and chose Hana fuck buddy, and once again I really think it's the right choice if you want to be with both.
