It means that it's the last choice you'll get with them regarding if they will become a full woman or futa. You either pick full woman or where she is turned into a futa. This can't be changed as once a persons dick is whacked off it's gone and same with the futa.

Not being featured in the banner may hurt her popularity although her absence is understandable due to spoilers. When creating the fan sigs I was worried about that myself and asked BeCe if he wanted me to stick to pre-transformation images;he was cool with whatever I wanted to do
