Dunno if you still haven't found it, but.....
After getting Panacea Z, after getting back from the Basement, there should be a door that was previously unopenable now broken open. Enter it, and you should get a Videotape that must be played back.
Get to the 2nd Floor, and find a door around northeast that still works.
Inside, there should be a device that you could play the tape in. Play it, and enjoy.
