I don't understand.. I just started a new game.. did every lesbian think I had a choice to do, corruption is like 45, and I still can't get with the lesbians on the couch.
Did you follow them into the shower and watch during the gym scene? Sometimes an colored option is behind a white option so if you're mindlessly skipping around you can miss it.
I played this game out of boredom and came out unexpectedly satisfied

The graphics are very, very good. The plot is too railroaded.
Put simply, I don't mind the cuck dynamic at all, nor do I shrink away from fetishes, but when I play a game like this, a little bit of identification with the protagonist becomes inevitable, and I'm just not geared into submissiveness, when I play the cuck scene, in games or IRL, I am never the cuck in the situation, so this takes me right out of the game because apparently the only path for the male MC is submission... and that's just not me... so it's a crap choice between walking the submissive route which I don't find to my taste, or renouncing to see at least a bunch of scenes, only to find myself dragged into a role I dislike whatever I choose to do, which defeats the purpose of playing the game.
If the MC had the option of choosing a path between submission and domination, and it was possible for him to take control of the situation, then yes, I would say this game would be pretty damn good.. as it is, the only available route is one that just does not follow my taste, which is a shame, because the game has a lot of potential and, I am sure, a lot of more sub oriented guys, are having the time of their lives playing it.
then there's the issue of relationships.. the game takes itself pretty seriously, from a narrative standpoint, and the submissive angle is laid out with some competence.. but the relationships in the game are horrible. this is a story of abuse of trust, irrational behaviours and railroading into things.. which I would not mind in a game that is less well put together, one that doesn't have the potential this game has.
I would have loved the characters to be accomplices, share their kinks and open relationship, rather than being a mix of faux indignation, cheating, random acts of submission and lewdness.
I have now played it all the way through, and can only hope for the relationships and choices to open up in the future towards something where both characters have a little more control, and a relationship that is a little less fucked up. The distasteful way the main characters' relationship is portrayed and developed just irks me. It's destructive either on purpose (two flawed individuals railroaded into bad choices because plot), or by clumsy writing that works with the demographic it caters to, but has me just irritated.
then there's the ridiculous bits thrown in like the mother fucking her date right next to her daughter which is so out of the blue and just..meh. kinky? yes.. but just odd in the context of this story, because it comes out of left field and just takes away from the main plot.
Tl;Dr... Subjective opinion: this is a potentially great game which suffers from railroading into roles and situations I just can't identify with, which makes me dislike it. Could potentially be a great game, and maybe is, for a different type of player than me. The writing is a mix of original angle trying to explore certain themes and.. coming up short in it's execution.

This game is not for you or you do not understand the 2 MCs behaviour.
This story is not predictable... (all your words about how must be this story are wrong)
this story will never goes to a bad end because bad ends are the same as GAME OVER!
the player must do the correct choices to make the relationship survive in order to fully open the Pandora's Box.
(if not = GAME OVER)
Not all stories are the same and there are no rules that can make a game better or worse.
Why the sex must be start when the game goes to the end? (this is how works in normal Movies when the lights go down and the scene change)
Adult games must include sex scenes.... the Pandora's Box story is very beautiful and well written and fit perfectly with the Title of the game!
Every dev has the rights to express the story in his own way... THERE are NO RULES that says how a story must be developed
I remind to you the difference between tv series or sitcoms and porn movies:
Adult porn movies/games start where normal movies end
...you can see what happens after the kiss when the scene changes and the bedroom door was closed
if there are rules for a good script of an adult story is to start fast to make the audience understand what we are talking about.
If this story was in a normal movie the ending would have been:
our heroes after suffering from the obstacles caused by parents and the bigotry of friends who did not want that hindered their love .. only her mama helped them
Pandora's Box starts after this movie ends...
this game will continue until the 2 MCs will be in a relationdhip and it will end.

I am truly amazed how some people fail to understand that this game with 2 protagonist is perfectly constructed.
For me it's easy to understand if the story is slow.... I never download any updates because this kind of stories are always predictable and are all the same ...they will be interesting only at the end.
Predictable story are boring
Pandora's Box is a new fresh story.... there are very few stories like this one.
Well done VoidStar.. you will be one of the best developers if you continue by this way

I feel you haven't understood my post... at all.
1) I have clarified that what I dislike of the game is a matter of subjective personal tastes. it explores dynamics that I have a hard time identifying with, so that takes me out of the game. in other words, it's a cool story, but it is not written for me.
2) the plot is railroaded because it forces the characters to act in certain ways or the players miss out on content, or the game ends. That may be jour jam, it is not mine because I feel it removes agency from the player and I feel that a developer this good could have made the extra effort of proposing an equally rewarding alternative set of choices and outcomes. since this is not the case and the available ones are oriented clearly towards certain outcomes..(NTR and such) I point you back towards point 1.
3) nobody argues that the author has to follow "my preferences" in developing his story. more power to him for not doing so. I don't have to like the characters in the story he tells though, do I?

The wrong here is that you forget that those characters are both PROTAGONISTs and you can't know where VoidStar will goes with the plot... because the game is at early beginning ... the plot is not fully started yet
they are totally Equal but of course this can change with the player Choices
They are both MCs and have in common the point system so this game is about the couple and if you FORCE to break their relationship you get a GAME OVER!
maybe you were fooled by the endings and thought the story was nearing the end?
are you presuming that the plot is over?
There will be a lot of surprises in this relationship!
the version is still at 0.17... in Forgotten Paradise VoidStar end the game at version 1.0 ,,, so the game is in the starting phase

so the only way for you is do not play...

negative criticism is still constructive and may give the dev ideas for the furthering of the plot. I don't think I have disrespected Voidstar in any way, and I actually complimented the overall quality of the game and said multiple times that I am sure that for those who are into the plot-line, this is a very good game. I actually quite like the more cerebral approach that comes with exploring certain kinks.. I don't see how that would be hostile, and I don't really feel the urge tp defend my opinions any further.
I am well aware that this game still has a lot of ground to cover and I offered my perspective to see if the developer will maybe broaden the spectrum of the plot as he expands it, to allow also people not necessarily into the whole NTR theme to enjoy it.. he has the skills to pull it off.
of course, he doesn't have to do so based purely on the opinion of a random stranger off the internet such as myself.
