It's possible you have the "skip" function enabled when entering the mini-games. That's the only way I've had that same issue on PC. If not, is it possible for you to send me a save file?

ParadiseLofts - Hello, I am a long time lurker first time poster. I had not seen much activity here regarding your game. So, I checked out your patreon, and I read about the contest. Although, it seems like a great idea. If someone went through the game source, it might not bring about the outcome that you had in mind. I just thought it would be worth mentioning, unless this is a senario that you had already planned for.
Ren'py is not a framework that is big on hiding secrets. Other devs have tried to hide codes in their games to unlock galleries etc... unless you were a patreon at a certain level only to learn everyone had access to the information without subscribing.
I hope the contest IS successful and provides the visibility that you are looking to achieve for your game.

Hey, thanks for your tip, and I am aware. The only thing that will be revealed through Ren'Py code are the questions themselves. The answers aren't in the code; they require contextual understanding of the one mystery in question, as well the for the extra q's that will be asked regarding past events and characters. Particpants have to provide comprehensive answers via email; not through Ren'Py. Those playing versions prior to .12 also won't have all the data to work with that will be needed to answer comprehensively, and those who aren't patrons are ineligible. Sorry, I missed this message earlier. New peepview, rather than just zooming, then exiting, can zoom and unzoom back and forth, and animation is more varsatile and efficient, using less storage space. Animations are smoother, too. Before, I had poor(er) code, where both zoomed and unzoomed views used different image animation sequences. It sucked. Also, now, if you see someone in peepview, they will "stay" there. See Jane showering? Hop over to her place and knock on the door and she is getting out of the shower... a bit of time passes without doing that, and actions reset. I haven't got this coded for every action (still catching up), but it's getting there.

There is a walkthrough in the bedroom. Click on the little notepad, and then on "Things To Do"
Which version are you playing? I am about to release the latest Patreon version in a few days. I'll update the latest free version as well, so if you can hang tight for a few days, download it then. If you are trying to play off of a very old save file, I suggest starting from the beginning, but sometimes the newer save files work.

I like this game. I have been following it for a while now. Sorry its not attracting patrons. But its good game- funny, witty, nice storyline you got going, characters are also nice ( just suggestion it would be nice if during the sex scenes both person could be seen (tpp) not the fpp one, its just my preference). There are only a handful of really nice bug free worth playing 2d games out there and you are one of them. Dont lose hope.It has had a monthly update, without fail, for a year now

Thanks for the kind words. Definitely sucks that it hasn't attracted patrons, but I have received lots of kudos and support.
To try and promote, we're currently running a #200 mystery contest with v0.12 for patreon members. I figure it's worth a buck to throw at it, but I'm biased.
Fact is, I'm going to probably shut it down if we don't at least break a $500 threshold by the end of the month. I pay for this art (I don't do it myself) and the costs far exceed what it's making. It has been fun and an awesome learning experience for me, and if it got the needed financial support, I'd definitely see it to the end, but yeah, it's been a real bummer in that regard.

If you want some more subscribers it could be worth making a few gameplay vids for sites like pornhub, naughtmachina etc. Basically try to market your game as cheap as possible to try and get the punters in. A lot of people on here are either too used to free stuff, or sick of getting stung on patreon by unfinished products. Its catch 22, but if you really want to make some money from this hobby then you gotta get the product out there to a wider viewing audience.
Theres a tonne of unappreciated games out there. Also try stuff like that coffee website where gamers can just send you the odd dollar without having to worry about subscription payments. On here you have already stated that you might have to jack it in, so no doubt that could make people on here nervous yet again. So just try other sites and see how it goes.
