Here's version 1.0 (MEGA). If there is a version like you saw it has to be a beta version because 1.0 does have fly pregnancy. Differences from 1.03 include:

• No threesomes
• No infinite health cheat after beating the boss
• No easy mode after beating the boss
• Fewer bugs (programming errors)

Could you please explain how to put the winlator obb file into the correct directory in your device? I have downloaded both the winlator exe file and the obb file. I have extracted the exe file, but when I open the winlator app it says "unable to extract the obb image"
