Yeah, Elly route and the Wife routes are finished, so there's still the harem one left but I hear something about Forbidden path as well, not sure if that's a path of its own, or if it's a sub harem path

That was actually a newly added thing like 2 updates ago, Ada peeping didn't use to be there initially, it was later added there to have the entire scene or the follow-up make more sense

First one is just a bonus render.Maybe we will get it in future update.

Weird, from my understanding you should see it. the guy you originally replied to accidentally swapped the two scenes. The one with Elly is the harem path one, the other is the Ada path.

So far none, except for a bunch of dialogue implying Elly migght be gunning for this, what leads the MC in some pretty rambling thoughts inspired by this during a (sort of) sleepless night watching over Ada.
Also, why the heck does Eric make an appearance early in day 8?! I would expect him to be persona non grata annd not welcome at all after that crap encounter with the MC. That scene came out of the blue and seemed weird for me.
