I've always had some interest on this game but the pace things happen on RPGM games kill it for me. I've been thinking on trying but before deciding if I should invest time on the game I should ask, how well developed are the tags? Like, are pregnancies one time story event things or are they repeatable? Lots of monster girl content?

they are repeatable.... including the birth of the children and sometimes haveing them grow up to maturity aswell.
well... define "Monster Girl" there are Vampires and Goblins, Giants and Trolls, atleast 2 Were creatures so far.... but none of the classical Monstergirl almanach

Oh, thats totally fine by me, I like monster girls, be it japanese style or not. I've also seen the cheat mode is up to date with the latest version, that made me decide to give it a shot, I don't really like to grind too much on these kind of games. Thanks for the answer.

About the gameplay mechanics i agree they are the generic boring type you see in most RPGmaker games. That is why i recommend using a savegam editor to chance your stats, that way you don't need to waste time grinding levels by killing goblins.
There are a few of them in the tools & tutorials area of the forum.

which takes away the euphoria of feeling the hero grow and forces you to cheat for money, as Goblins are also a form of income (or rather their ears). In all honesty the game is well paced... you only need to grind for the first 5 Level and afterwards fulfilling Quests and exploring the world will contribute you with enough exp to face all challenges.
And I disagree with the "common mechanics" part. Te alchemy and crafting part is not common and will provide you with the most powerful boosts that will make this game even easier...
and you don't even need to fight in order to get the first few H-scenes
Don't get me wrong... the start will be slow, but it won't even take an hour to go of... certainly you'll need to pick your fights at first, but once you have a feeling for your enemies and your own powers it's a walk in the park

yeah she never was a skilled fighter... she says so dureing the introduction... she was send there since it was far away from any elven civilisation, yet being considered a peaceful post... also she was never considered to be a lasting party member... actually none of your companions are... aside from the placeholder familiar you can receive just now

I must remind you that gaints sisters women can fight perfectly with you.Hilde have dialogue in the goblin forest ,too.

Yeah but Hilde leaves your Party rather soon... and her Tribesmen are at minimum great Hunters (and based on their sizes their prey is bigger than yours) and capable warriors at best.
Liandra was considered a Party girl and not a warrior... she only uses the bow since that's practically expected of Elves.
Shakala on the other hand is also a useful character in the combat part... if you equip her with better armor. For her daughter and Erevie's daugther alike you'll also have to use the quest part to Level her a few times before she can hold her ground
Zivah is a good Healer, but not a good fighter, while Gabriele is pretty much a 2nd MC with his high level and heavy equipment.
Yet non of these Charas last as Party Members... at best they'll be available for 2 rather short Quests

pregnancies are also required to progress the story

I've also seen the cheat mode is up to date with the latest version, that made me decide to give it a shot, I don't really like to grind too much on these kind of games. Thanks for the answer.

honestly, the game has a built-in cheat mode that is enough and doesn't mess up the saves

certainly you'll need to pick your fights at first, but once you have a feeling for your enemies and your own powers it's a walk in the park

even the toughest fight (the grumpkin boss) can be easy if you time the rescue mission ...

Tinkerer is working on Vampire Ladies' update. We have to wait at least 2 months or more to that. It's going to be a big update.

I still wonder when the hot blonde Elven girl will get an update... The patreons of this game seem to have a strange taste in my opinion. The last update with the spider woman was disgusting and before the Goblin queen also not my cup of tea. The latter was at least fun because of the David Bowie "Labyrinth" movie reference. At least the Vampire girls sound fun again and they're hot. But still it's bad that the Elven girl doesn't seem to get much love by patreons.

The spider girl Update had the main benefit of haveing access to one of the rarest and most valueable ingredients without the need of Gold or waiting for weeks... the fact that the shaman in Shakala's village sells them is actually rather useless now.
That aside we also got 2 spells and a companion for the team.
Shakala's Update was long awaited, as it also offered an alternative to the heavy contested wedding scene.
And Liandra just had an Update includeing her pregnancy and a repeatable sex scene.
Plus the way the story goes right now there is a chance that we'll recruit the goblins for Nergal soon

nah... we tend to prefer more gameplay since at some point the game tends to get oversaturated with girls being in need of the MC to be around every other day... plus once a girl reaches max pregnancies she'll no longer be fertile... so you'd prefer something lasting rather than another girl with the same 3 scenes for the next 1,5-2 month.
The vampiric powers promise a remedy for this issue so I am certainly looking forward to it.
I hope we'll finally see a vote to advance Zivahs story though... I wanne go back to adventuring rather than playing house

So how exactly will those vampiric powers help concerning the mc having to sleep in the various houses of his concubines regularly in order to not lose their affection? The second last update with the Goblin queen was a nightmare. An unlucky game design decission, since it was so unlikely that a goblin girl was born, which forced the player to skip days after days in order to see the new content. And afterwards skipping days for having her grow up. Lost all the affection of the other (much more interesting & hot ) girls in the meantime. Sucked!

apparently useing these new powers will stop the timer foor that for a few days... so instead of sleeping in in any of the 3 beds each 3rd day you'll be able to explore the world for a set time before haveing to either repeat the old cycle or renew the spell

Also I nearly forgot... but the Shakala Update also included a new form of income based on your tribes sice... i.e. the raiding system... so again additional game mechanics to offer a passiv form for earning Gold... with the taxes from the village you can also pay Gwyneth her 10 G and still turn a profit
