But how do I make the change? I've tried interacting with everything and it doesn't work
You need to buy a live doll in a sex shop in the red light district. Then you put it on in your room.
You have to complete the wrestling quest first. Because Dr. Amellia will give you money and direct you to a sex shop to buy a live doll. (It is only for Gender Change).

Hello.
There was not much to see since the new content concerned transformed characters but the little changes were nice, particularly the colors for the stats and skipping the repetitive events with Dr Amelia. The bike too is really practical.
It works like this : 1 pill/1 spy. So it spreads out on 10 days. Meaning you have to do it 5 days consecutively.
There's no way to increase the stealth stat more than 10 for now.
Good continuation.

Sorry for the later answer but I wanted to try the update before.

No need to take the pills anymore. You'll go to the dream world thanks to Prof Warren Mills engine.
There's no way to increase the stealth stat more than 10 for now.
Straight male and trans prostitute exist too. Maybe you'd prefer adding an escort job for them.
Right click, Item, Item, Pills, Player, Take one pill. You'll have to be home to do that.
