I corrupted all the academy but not able to unlock headmistress content
If your hint still tells you to corrupt the academy, and Rirsi is fully corrupted, then you probably need to work on Loria.

Dude this is sandbox game.:KEK:
He's referring specifically to the "Explore" option present in Nearby Plains and Spring Copse, because it can be annoying to try to hunt down the three items in each location.

Hint for both Loria and the principal is you have done everything in this update
If you're using 0.27, and Astria's hint says you've done everything in this update, then you may have already corrupted her. What content are you not unlocking?

После этого вам необходимо, чтобы бармен случайным образом появлялся, когда вы работаете в Спа. Я думаю, что все остальные события требуют, чтобы вы сделали это в первую очередь. Как вы это вызвали?

I like it a lot, this game is checking a lot of boxes for me. I especially love Alis, Lisa and the AlisxNico stuf. The art and animations aren't top tier quality, but I've always cared more about the writing.
I do have a few minor complaints though.
First of all, the world doesn't make much sense to me, I mean, when women are the only ones capable of using magic, you'd expect the society to become much more matriarchal then what is shown so far.
Secondly, the relationships develop extremely fast, but I guess that's just standard practice for a game like this, and it's not like I hate it.
Last but not least, I have no particular love or hate for foot stuf, but dude, enough is enough

Very much this.

We have met five men so far in the game:

We have heard of the following ten men from this world who aren't particularly important:

And lastly, we've heard of these two men, the only men we've heard mentioned as having any notable form of power:

(There are a couple more men from flashbacks or mentions from MC's original world, plus Albion and any other spirits similar to him, who don't really count.)

So? ‍♂ That's just standard h-game stuf, ofcourse you'd meet mostly woman, there's no gay tag after all.
But the fact is, that human nature is ugly, and in any society where one gender or race has more power then another, prejudice will be formed. And yet, no woman in the game has anything against being dominated by a man, being in the harem of a man or is even slightly surprised at the competence of the MC. And yeah, you can say "the strong rule", but when you live in a world where the only strong people are woman, it shouldn't be this easy to accept the rule of a man.
Not to even mention that there's women in his harem that are supposedly stronger then him and yet accept the situation as it is.
That's why I said that the world doesn't feel matriarchal, meeting mostly woman is just par for the course when playing a non-gay h-game ‍♂

Did you miss where I even listed all men ever mentioned in the game? There is one male political leader mentioned: the Prince of Sam'ra, and he's only mentioned in passing (and the one thing he tried to do was unsuccessful). Meanwhile, every political leader in both Aiverow and Adas are female, all heroes or political leaders other than the Prince of Sam'ra that have been mentioned by anyone in the game have been female (Victoria the Calamity Witch, Mage-Doctor Joan Torare, the Holy Maiden of the Maris Holy Queendom--also note that country's name, the 'Sky Nine-Tailed Foxess' of Isharia Clan, Calantha Vi Emberlynn, and Queen Marialis -- all female. While the gender of the Almighty Shogut of Izuma hasn't been mentioned, that's the only one of the champions we don't know the gender of. Lastly, we've got 8 Divine Dragonesses and 8 goddesses, with no gods or male dragons mentioned. That's enough for me to assume that the political structures of the world are dominated primarily by women, as expected since women there are the only ones who can use magic.

As for why they accept being dominated by a man or being in his harem, the MC specifically has powers that make them more favorably inclined towards him no matter what.

Beyond that, why would a mostly matriarchal society necessarily have to have issues with men being competent? You said that this was one of the things that confused you about the setting, but beyond stating arbitrarily that 'human nature is ugly' and that there must be prejudice when one gender has more power than another, that's just an opinion, and based on Earth. The game's world doesn't have to owe anything to Earth, and since there hasn't been any such prejudice shown, there doesn't need to be any inherent in the setting.

That first paragraph was just repeating what you already said, so I'm gonna go ahead and ignore that. As for the rest, his magic is only effective when he actually casts it, or when the woman is already a part of his harem. And he didn't cast his magic on every woman, not to mention that most of the women were fine with him from the start. Keynala is a great example, he used no magic on her and she's much more powerful then him, being an A rank adventurer. Yet she accepts this situation as normal, not even beeing surprised at the many women that decided to submit to him. To me, that simply makes no sense in a matriarchal society.
As for your last point, I can only base my common sense on the history of Earth, as can anyone else. You can explain anything away by simply saying "lol it's a fantasy world" but that's not good storytelling.

If you're looking for Earth-accurate sociopolitical realism in a harem porn game, I don't think there's anything more I can say that's going to help you.

I just mentioned a few minor problems, which this is a part of. I gave the h-game 4 stars because I judged it mostly based on the "h" part. If I judged it like a regular game or novel I would have given more weight to story, world building and character development and end up giving it 2 or 3 stars.
Instead, you're the one trying to convince me that this part of the harem porn game makes sense and is realistic, while I only gave minor consideration to that when judging the game.
