Her goons are males BECAUSE they cant do magic. She is -or was- an insecure wannabe dom and control freak, the last thing she could need is someone stronger then herself working for her. Having magic was her only trump card.
Same with the big boss, her only trump card is the ability to seal the conracts, but her "assistant" is in charge of the business...maybe he even controls/blackmails her, thats still unclear with the given content.
Storywise i only miss the most important point of the whole club arc: We didnt tell her to stop selling girls, she only learned to keep the 2 elves if she dont want to see our angry side.

No, but you can repeat every scene by talking with the character at specific time and place

I think you are not understanding. All those scenes are in the public version, because there is no separate patron version.
Patrons do not get any extra gameplay or content over public players. As far as I can tell, patrons just get early access to each update, as well as the additional perks for their tiers (such as sneak peeks, having your name in the game's credits, and voting in polls). One of those perks is that high-tier patrons can request the content in those scenes be added to the game (for everyone to play), and the dev then works to integrate that content into the story (for everyone to play).
Yes, several of those scenes are story-relevant (some include pregnancy announcements, for instance), but as I said, everyone can play them.
As for whether it's worth it to support the dev, that's up to you. I don't, for instance, but that's because I am already supporting a large number of devs.

I'm a little lost - I'm at a point where the only girls left to advance are Dianna and the homeroom teacher and I need a familiar to enter the academy. How to I get a familiar? I have lust bound and the super harem of the camp/village and every other interaction with the moms and girls but can't seem to et the familiar...mmm...any pointers would be appreciated...
