You have to go to her place twice to hook up with the roommate, meet them at the arcade, then talk to her at work, go back to her place, talk to her at work.

With my very quick and limited research (aka Google for 45 seconds) Dementia also progresses over time, sometimes rapidly. If it means a lot to you I can change it, but there is a good chance I may forget to by the time another update arrives in two to three months.

My grandfather has alzheimers and it comes with dementia but the features of it are even stronger than your "average" dementia.
But what happens with a typical dementia is it starts fairly mildly and as time goes on, it gets worse as it begins to affect the person all the time.
The primary difference is that it's even worse with Alzheimers. Thing is, either in either case, it causes a lot of changes in their behavior. Especially with their sleep cycle. Then it adds a tremendous level of stress to the older person, which combined with all the other symptoms, can contribute to heart attacks and strokes that way.
Edited.. Like this -- person has dementia and needs to take medicines for high cholesterol and blood pressure. Dementia is stressing them out, they can't sleep well and are often forgetting to take their meds. Person catches a minor cold and combined with a coughing fit, stress, lack of sleep, not enough meds in their system, it triggers a heart attack and they are gone.

Yep... a lot of people seems to confuse Futa and trans. Even the F95 staff seems to confuse both since they put both into the same tagIt's not a FUTA, it's a man with tits!
Great update tho ! I'm not usually into sandbox games since in most of them you have to click and grind randomly until hopefully something triggers... which is irritating.
But here, the hint system is very well done and I could easily advance the story of each characters.

I am not into the incest fetish, but if the Love interests are wonderful and beautiful I'd like that. Going offtopic, the only one I like in that category is Bella from Sisterly Lust, she may be a bitch at first but she eventually becomes lovable and adorable, and the fact that she just wants to have SL MC to herself and not share him with others speaks of how much she loves him. And the MC can insist of having a baby with her and she accepts.
