Because Patreon forbade it, basically... it an easy and obvious workaround for censorship, you still post links to files no one wants on Patreon, but people go to other place to download stuff they actually want and paid for, so there's no point in censoring.
Which is why they can't officially mention/support/suggest GitHub version either.

Speedy recovery dude!There is, basically... when you start the game, day 1, morning, you have the option to peek on your mom while she's in the shower, if you do, you've activated the Incest content, mom stays at home, and everything else is the same (I believe(?)), if you do not peek, next day mom goes on trip, and Guardian moves in, and everything else is the same (?).
I think nothing actually changes in the game, other than mom, being named "mother" and guardian being "<insert name here>" in all of the scenes. Basically... if you name guardian "mother" or "mom", you can have Incest content in current version too X_x
I've just commented on it, because it confused me, when I've started the game, lol, I was sure trigger was there, so I've checked old version.

I'm not sure about "original" content, but for an older version I actually recommend the one that replaced the avatar with a 3d render. It makes almost all the clothing and the underwear actually look good.
The only thing I don't like is it makes the mc into a chubby dude who looks sorta feminine right from the start. I would have preferred a more androgynous look that you get to feminize. Oh, and it basically cuts off long before the rest of the story has continued.

I'm glad to hear the forced content will be returning, I was a big fan of it and have been holding off playing any of the latest versions until its been restored. I'm looking forward to seeing how the game has progressed since and hope it isn't just a compromise.
Well... -X- is casually announcing bunch of QoL improvements too with next update, but as far as progress goes... I would say there hasn't been much, or well... not as much as time has passed (even if you ignore hiatus since latest version).
We don't need progress at this point, we need restoration.
Though, as well as returning the themes and content that made this game ... this game, the process ,will give ~X~ an opportunity to review the state of the plot and make decisions about future content.
Whether he'll take that opportunity is anyone's guess.

I've tried this game for a few days now, and I really wonder why it has a good reputation, though I see from other comments, its gone downhill greatly.
This game is boring, due to the grindy repetition and lack of any real sex. I feel like its an endless loop of the same shit, day after day with little story in-between. Its not even like the characters are good, firstly the women in this game are extremely abusive, mean spirited, selfish and manipulative and maybe that's a draw for some people? but it doesn't give them any endearing or redeeming qualities, and it makes for a very manufactured consent situation rather then any real consent. The MC comes off more like an idiot then anything else, changing with the tide of the moment.
Really, I'd really recommend the likes of The Secretary, The Company, for the appearance of choice and consent, but most importantly three dimensional characters, that are more then just cruel, selfish, blackmailers, with no redemption to them. Ironically, you can say the characters in those games are worse as people, but with the depth to them, they have some fun and endearing qualities. The women in this game seem written like comic book level bad.

Gone downhill, yes. But it was in trouble already (something a lot of people forget) due to, well, the stuff you're talking about plus other stuff.
To some extent there are problems created by the Patreon-mandated removal of all noncon content. Given that this is a sissification game (ie. the plot centres on forced feminisation), that's like taking the engine out of a car and expecting to drive the thing to work tomorrow.

Nothing in this game makes sense once you remove the MC being forced to do all of this. That's why you're having problems with how "mean" certain NPCs are to the MC; you're missing the crucial puzzle piece of the MC being extorted/blackmailed into putting up with all of this.
But even before that there were problems. The biggest (IMHO) being that there seemed to be no real vision for where the game was going. Like, what's actually going on here? What's going on in this town with its femdom teachers, kinky therapists and perverted babysitters of adult children who work at clinics where surgery most actual trans people would literally kill for is offered for a few hundred bucks?
Clearly the answers to these questions would be a part of any satisfying resolution of the game's story, but there's no indication the devs are even aware of this.
My take: this game is at a crossroads.
The devs have a choice between continuing to milk a dwindling supply of supporters and waking the fuck up and pushing this game into something like a playable, completed version of itself.
Well... technically the game is already completed, and now they're just expanding it by adding new endings, paths and events. Hence the version being 1.3200
They're well aware of some issues, and next update should return removed stuff, do some QoL improvements, and probably appropriate added stuff to now returned stuff too. Additionally... we might start seeing new content that's not just Cheerleader episodes.
But when will next update happen is anyone's guess...

That really explains quite a lot, thanks for filling in the missing pieces. It makes more sense now why the MC seems like some kind of dumb Stockholm syndrome person plus why the characters feel so one dimensional and comic book villain like. Like how the adult babysitter goes from caring to cruel and evil between frames, and where her boyfriend comes in suddenly cucking MC and abusing them too.
Its a shame there's no vision for characters or context provided, it might be pretty decent if the characters were properly fleshed out and questions answered. It would be good to know if MC is some kind of special needs, vulnerable persons which is why despite being a 'legal age' teenager, he needs supervision and makes him very susceptible to adult manipulation.
Unfortunately the problems predate any Patreon censorship and largely seem to be just the product of poor plotting and writing.
It really would be nice to find some forced feminization games that didn't revolve around ridiculous levels of abuse, comic book villain characters and forced gay sex.
i mean "forced gay sex" comes implicit. unless you've got the "trap/sissy friend", which most games seem to avoid.
but yeah, there was no underlying narrative, just "paper-thin excuse for a different avenue of porn".
i go agree, forced fem has way too much "literal torture", and not enough "sneaky hypno, feminization drugs" type things. even more so, it's always women doing it, it'd be great to find one that was "sneaky hypno", AND have it be like your best friend.
