Yeah that looks about right to be at the current end of the game for the choices you talked about.
Keep in mind, I don't expect the next few updates to increase the end game anytime soon. Seems the current priorities are in fleshing out the early and mid game to allow for more routes.

The last point on mother/guardian is more about her being abusive instead of kind, the strap-on scene doesn't happen then, punishments are more frequent, the remote buttplug and latex maid with stiletto heels is default, you have to go look for used condoms in trashbins and pour contents on your breakfast cereal in the morning, and servicing mother's boyfriend and sucking up creampies becomes part of chores, some other things as well.
6 and kick him out with an option to allow guardian to date again (even if you do currently it makes no difference), or 7 and kick him out and replace him with someone MC will have to serve in addition to guardian, there is no 8 for Guardian yet.
It is a specific pair of heels, you can use the arrows in the store or your wardrobe to change type of heels. You can use specific stocking also likewise. Hover over the (i) symbol for description of the stuff that's allowed for school uniform.
These limitations largely vanish if you much later choose to be the school slut.

Thanks.. ended up doing the school slut route.. wondering if there is an indicator if I have reached the end of content though.
There is not, you can keep advancing days however long you wish, other than minor random variations there won't be new scenes after X days but you can still keep going.

While I love this game, it's severely lacking in content with the Mom and Therapist. There's not as much depth to their story-lines as there is with Ms. Buxton.
You are handed one when your boy clothes are forcibly swapped out for all girl, you can also steal your mother's panties, but otherwise you have to buy all the rest at the mall.
Fast Food is given at the same time the weekend jobs from Mrs Buxton is given out to pay for your procedures, along with work in the sex shop.
