That might be an extremely unlikely occurrence in the real world, having several non-closely-associated people (not friends who think and scheme alike) trying to dominate and feminize the MC at the same time in the same town.
When you play the game the first time, the three women (teacher, guardian, therapist) create kind of "tunnel of horror" for mc, suprising the player repeatedly with more and more excessive/irrational sanctions against mc.
"Tunnels of Horror" have their own rules to maximize effect and I believe that the game design follows the same rules.
On the other side maybe most of the women in the game world read the PlayGirl magazine with its articles about female domination, corporal punishment, etc. and so maybe they all act in the same context?

Not really. I thought the game was pretty much finished as a near-complete entity in its previous incarnation. The new team has bolted on some new mid- and end-game content and a few new additional paths, widening the scope considerably; this is nice for those looking for additional variety, but I doubt I'd have the patience to play through all of it any time soon. But this is all a matter of personal tastes and preferences, which are pretty pointless to argue over.
PE is part visual novel (story) and part sandbox game with tasks. In a VN, the player usually sees a scene at most once. If the story has many branches, the player may only see a small part of the content while playing through the game. In a sandbox game where the player often spends 100-200 ingame days, some event types usually can be or have to be repeated countless times. The more variety in repeatable events, the better. In PE several events are part of the story and so only played once. Others are part of the task system and so require a teacher task to be visible. This limits the number and variety of events for everyday/weekend routine and makes the game world feel "empty" in times where there are no tasks.
By adding modified repeatable versions of existing story and task events to the game world, the number of player options would grow while progressing in the game. The repeatable events would be unlocked by doing the original story or task event or by passing certain story marks (Daring or Perversion Level).
Examples :
Best Friend :
It is easy to miss a lot of content when not talking with the best friend about your changes. After completing the current friend content, visiting the friend is pointless since there are only a few variations of the scene the player has already read countless times.
There are several teacher tasks the friend may help with, e.g. panties, g-string, bra, stockings, hair removal, ...
However teacher may give more than one task per day and friend may only help once a day so even when looking for the friend events it is possible to miss some events. And without a task the topics are not accessable.
Some topics like getting panties, bra, stockings from friend are one-time-only-events, but it would be nice to be able to talk to friend about these topics again at a later time, e.g. comparing favourite underwear, get a repetition in basic lingerie knowledge, go shopping, etc.
Other topics like hair removal are recurring topics even without teacher task, so it would be nice to visit friend and repeat the scene from time to time.
The Mall - Lingerie Shop :
When buying different lingerie items in the shop, there are several one-time-events with the shopkeeper lady (Mz Knight) lecturing about lingerie and teasing mc. After so many events one should expect mc to be a known customer in the shop with the option to say hello to the lady, maybe even ask for a repetition of one of her lectures. Mz Knight otherwise could greet mc as customer, do small talk and maybe point out new items.
At the moment after buying/getting the first set of underwear, the shop has no more events and feels lifeless.
The permanent option to talk to the shopkeeper in general or about different lingerie types would add to the games atmosphere.
Roxy :
It should be possible to meet Roxy without guardian event and to visit her repeatedly (maybe not every day). Dating Roxy should be possible without teacher task.
Club :
I like the idea of the club, some of the tasks, the random events and exploring the basement.
However doing a task like flashing boobs should permanently unlock the option to repeat this event at will (without teacher task).
Dancing with someone or meeting people in the restroom (or joining a couple having sex in the toilet) etc. should lead to repeatable follow-up events when mc meets the persons again on one of his next visits. This would show that mc gradually becomes a known guest.
When dating partners, there should be an option to visit the club, dance and explore all places together including the basement with new partner events.

Something to know about the basement is the devs have decided it's non-canon. As in none of the events that happen there will ever be acknowledged by the game. Every one of those scenes was specifically paid for and designed by a member of a specific Patreon tier. The devs see it as a place to put the various fetish ideas that fans request without affecting the actual game itself. It's a dump location for the more out there requests basically.
I know that the basement at the moment is a place to publish kind of fan-fiction short stories inside the game. (I read it on patreon and maybe here or at TFGames before.)
The idea to access different fetishes at will in the basement of the club and maybe share them with potential partners / dates is too good to not be used in the game, if it is possible to implement it with available ressources.

How I feel about Perverted Education is a mixed bag. I will try to break this down as well as I can. First I will talk about the rich friend. Second about the cheer friend. Third I wish to talk about the teacher the good and bad. The mother is an over all the best thing I have seen so far but that is because of how much content she has.
So on the rich friend I tend to only feel it is only joy to see and talk to him/her. I would very much like see more of him/her. No offense to the current avatar art, but... I just think a game this good deserves to be more of a visual experience.
