If you scroll up there's a post from the makers patreon, and back a page is a progress update on the game. It's not abandoned, but I wouldn't expect a update anytime soon.
He'll update every few months so it doesn't get tagged as abandonned but he won't release anything significant.

That is wonderfully poetic thank you xD I feel like I am unwittingly taking my time and I apologise for that (trust me, I also feel how slow my development speed is) ... I thought this update would be done much sooner but it's taking ages because the scenes are... Narrative strong? Anyways... I should say no more and get back to work !
