I am honestly surprised that this game hasn't been tagged with "on hold" or "abandoned". It's been, what, 10 months since the last update?

It was with both, but dev is back and communicating while working on an update. Do not expect very regular or fast updates though I suspect, hopefully a few great ones though if she finds her feet again.

but the devs keep posting teasers/arts about this game...so if they keeps giving updates/news about their next release Admins/Mods will not put the on Hold/Abandoned tag. Keep in Mind also that the devs are betting everything with this next release after their loooong hiatus...so they're working like slaves(i hope) bc they risk to lose everything they worked on until the last release

The developer was taking about the game just a page back, and there was a patreon post a few comments above that. The abandoned and on hold prefixes aren't about regular game updates but activity (even slow activity), unless the developer officially drops or pauses the game.

Month ago dev said that he will get relase date quite soon. Since last update DrPinkCake made one whole game, at the end of month he will have 0.2 of his second game, big as this game. So manic makes 3-4 lines of code per day? What do you think guys, any chance to see update in may?

There is always a chance, just do not expect anything. Past proves I think this dev can only do the game in a healthy way if she treats it as a hobby and side project, so keep that in mind if anyone would wish to support her. Do not expect regular fast updates and that there will be moments of extreme silence.

Yeah one of those flesh eating bacteria it seems, so will be awhile before he is fully recovered unfortunately. he does keep communicating though and also a very nice game.
