It easy to walk away from a game that I don't like or to ignore elements that I don't like, but is that what developers should really want. I have hundreds of games from which to choose to play and support. I find I can only feasibly support 15-20 games ranging from $1 - $25. Since I have to make choices on which games to support, it often comes down to one thing that causes me to decide not to support a particular game. For this game, it's the Rachel RM content. It's not that I can't get over it, it's that I like the game less and so I chose to support games I like more. Obviously, I'm not the only one that feels that way. If I were a developer, I would want to know if there was content in my game that was driving potential patrons away. That's where I started. I identified the content that kept me from supporting the game and explained why I did not like it. The additional posts came as responses to comments on my posts.

Any non-consensual sex is rape. Period. If a person is too drunk or intoxicated to consent, then it's rape, but the issue of them giving consent whilst drunk or otherwise intoxicated is more of a grey area.

On the one hand, they may not have been fully cognisant of their decision and therefore made a decision they wouldn't otherwise have made when sober. There's also the issue of their conscious state because if they said 'yes' and then passed out, continuing while they are unconscious could be considered rape because you are continuing to it with a person who isn't conscious and cannot consent to what else you may do.

Also, bringing someone back to their place or taking them to yours does not constitute full consent. They may only be willing to go so far but not all the way to vaginal sex, and if they were to pass out before then and the guy does this, then it would be considered rape as the woman did not consent to it.

If, however, both parties are not blackout drunk and are still fully aware of their decisions, then it would not be rape unless the man continues to force him upon the woman against her objections.
