Yeah, too bad there was a backlash against the cult plot in LBH. It would have been interesting to see how it developed. In this story, it might almost have a slight Charles Manson twist, but that may be going too far.
I highly doubt it would go that far. Maybe I'd need to play it again, but it doesn't seem like very many of them take the cult very seriously and with complete and utter devotion. I'm not even sure the ones who dragged the MC in and caged him are really fanatics, I think they knew what was going to happen to them and really just wanted to be spanked. At least, that's how it seemed to me once it all played out. I think they're just lonely and bored and really just want to be social and they like to fuck. I could be very wrong, but the vibes I've gotten from the game about the whole cult thing make me doubt that I'm wrong.
