Not 100% sure, but from what I played so far there different possible outcomes, for instance when you choose constant to stop things, it feels like it will eventualy lead that the fiancée will do things with their friend (Netorare), if the mc doesn't interfere and use the voyeur option, it might lead he encourage his girl to do more (Netorase). Either way, what ever choices you make i'm sure something will always happen between the mc his fiancée and their friend. What it will be we will have to wait and see what the developer surprise us with.
There was a patreon poll where people said they didn't want hard NTR so you're wrong, but ya never know. Another poll may have another result.
I didn't get that impression unfortunately, think it only leads more heated sex between wife and husband and that she don't do anything if you constantly stop it. Its unfortunate because it would have been nice if she did it anyway. I wish the dev would be upfront if she will cheat or not. if she isnt it aint a game for me.
Not sure what counts as Hard NTR, I always thought Hard NTR is the kind where Old ugly dudes force a cute lady to do things with them against her will, while she has at home a husband or boyfriend that doesn't know any of this. So if the fiancée would be cheating in this game with the friend it would be more Soft NTR to me as it is with her own will even her soon to be husband doesn't want it. But i'm not going speculate as it still depend on the developer where the story goes, it was just a feeling I had that could be, doesn't mean it will happen. Will see where it goes when next update is done.

I think that tag refers to the husband "cheating"... Being that there is another "love interest" for him in the game (I think it's the friend's sister)
Now is the time when the choices made earlier (and in this release) determine the player's path)) I may have made life more complicated for myself and the players, as the player does not see all possible paths, and there are many of them (cuckolding, sharing, cheating etc). Scenes with the dildo can either not exist or be in a limited version.
