What are you talking about? There is no line, which you can lost forever. The game linear as rail.

Well, if you actually read what he posted he wants a way to roll back or see a log of what was said in game. So if you accidentally double click you could miss a line of dialogue, and many games allow you to see some or all of the text that was said already.

Yes, you technically can't miss anything since the game is (currently) linear, but unless you're saving after everything you read that doesn't fix what he was asking for.

It is a game early in development. So facing some grind and lack of content in comparison to a full game should not be surprising. I do like the foresight of being able to skip the waitress minigame due to lack of scenes for now.

Don't get me wrong. Of course I don't expect a full game.
Shouldn't be a criticism because of an incomplete game either.

But after all the grind it would be nice to get some progress at the end of this update in the form of an interesting scene between our girls.
You can see what you just grinded for.

Like I said, I really like the game so far. And I look forward to future updates when the LEWD action really gets going.

It can take Oscar in lot of nominations. If you will not fuck up. This porn game industry is a dumpster. And games with potential like yours, and authors like you it is purely treasure.
But only if you will understand simple thing. The main cretarium for such game - fapability. Are you jerking off when you animating character, or writing code and scripts? I doubt. You know, we don't jerking of either! There is nothing here for jerk off. We should play in such game with mouse in one hand and dick in another )))
Main character must be already fucked by her roommate, and at least suck some dicks. We need to grind stats, ok. How about use exhibition. More slutty wear, more adventures at bus, more lust. I think it's great that you're responding to the feedback here.

My criticism regarding the tempo is also rather on a high level.
After all, it's just feedback, nothing more, nothing less.
At the end of the day, of course, it's your decision. I have no problem waiting for it to finish. In Germany we say "Gut Ding will Weile haben (good thing wants to have a while)".


As far as I'm concerned, the harcdcore part can also be continued in Pizza Cold.

At least for me "lesbian content -> hetero content". If I have the choice, I prefer to watch two girls having fun together. And with girls, it can also be leisurely. (As long as it ultimately goes ahead )

I also think the masturbation mini-game is ok. Simple enough not to get frustrating and made easy with a little practice.
In order to minimize the grind, it might be a possibility to skip the bus tour if you don't intend to serve the restaurant or let the guys grope you... But that's just a consideration.

I like this kind of game, though it's a little too slow and grindy. Is the corruption part going to be the whole game, or will we be able to get to a point where we prostitute ourselves a lot? Like having various sex animations for scenarios in most of the map locations, getting payed extra for blowing at pizza hot toilet or something. Are there going to be more potential partners for relationships etc

Keep in mind though, I'm not designing the game to be a sandbox anymore.

So, I've decided to use story milestones and routes. That means some content won't be playable unless you commit to a personality archetype AND you made the appropriate choices previously.

So does this mean that the game will be just a kinetic novel-like with stat grind to progress, or will it be a game like insexsity where you progress by the story but not forced to develop your character specific intended way?
Don't get me wrong, well written story h-game is what i always love from my heart and what I think, is the thing we need in h-game industry. I really want to see this game to show us a great story.

But in case of Pizza Hot, this game needs clarification of: what will it be?
Rn game feels like it wants to be open world-ey game with story that will just help players gradually unlock more content.

Will the game just force you through the only intended story and character development or will it just tell the player a story, while not restricting the players to develop their own character(e.g. not turning MC into a slut if the player wants)? Or maybe you want to eventually make multiple stories(routes) available to develop specific abovementioned personality archetypes(IMO that seems like too much for the current state and what must be implemented once the game itself develops some more)?

Also, no matter what you'll choose I'll try to support the project once I can afford it, I really like it.

Guys let's not forget that only 2 people are making Pizza Hot. Of course, we want to see so many things in one update but they are small team and it is very hard to do such things at one time.

Depends. In some versions, like 0.4 to 0.5, it's going to be a save reset if I needed to change the way some data is saved. It's not just storing some booleans and floats. If I'm just adding more variables, then no.

You're not going retain long term support if players are going to have to re-grind from the beginning. You should include a save file with new content onward when you reset.

When I played it (today) I could instantly chose on which day I want to start, all the way up to the requested save of "this is where v 0.5 starts"

I mean guys... how about checking the facts before complaining :O

*also, this game is still in an early phase, its quite okay to make some changes to the existing content and codes.
thats not gonna happen too often once we re deeper in the developement, I mean who changes stuff from 0.2 or 0.3 when we re already at 0.8 or 0.9?
so, perfectly normal to have trouble with the saves when you change some core-stuff for the early stages.
