I tried using that autosolver, but I stopped, 'cause it was kinda... bad? A smarter autosolver would know when to remove rows and columns from consideration. If a row's 4/1, it doesn't matter that there's only an 8% chance of a bomb, there's literally no reason to click that square. At best, it'll be a 1.
I had more luck just solving the puzzles myself.
E: speaking of which, another bug I remember running into, but one in the player's favor: When you're talking to the owner of Lopunny Manor and asking him about prizes, I think his two prizes are a modified yes/no prompt. If you ask him about prizes, then cancel out of the choice, I'm pretty sure he gives you one of the prizes for free, but I don't remember which, and I don't know if you have to have enough tokens to afford it. I remember doing it, getting the prize, and my token count didn't go down, though.
