This may seem like a dumb question but what button do I press so I can bring up the menu so I can save my game.
I can't seem to find Serena after the cave collapsed. Hasn't that been added yet or? If not how do you continue with the kirlia content and charmeleon content?

Kirlia is at her home north of town and charmeleon is at the bar then heads to the criminal lodge east

Whenever I try to enter kirlia's house it just give me the text that she doesn't answer but you can see her throught the keyhole. And after the bar scene with charmeleon i try to go east past the doctors house but it won't let me, even after I've seen Serena being taken by the criminal guys
IF you're on the vigilante path you need an outfit from one of the stort port women before you can proceed
There are also a couple times the sex image stayed onscreen after the sex was over. If I remember right, the scene where you grope Officer Jenny's tits, and the Kirlia BJ both did that for me. I could get it to clear up by going through a different sex scene, but it was a little annoying to maneuver the map with lewdness covering up a portion of the screen.

Got it I see the problem
Look through earlier posts, I have a link to a site for auto solving
When I did it again it worked I think it happened the first time cause I didn't have lopunny so it broke when lopunny was supposed to come out
I tried using that autosolver, but I stopped, 'cause it was kinda... bad? A smarter autosolver would know when to remove rows and columns from consideration. If a row's 4/1, it doesn't matter that there's only an 8% chance of a bomb, there's literally no reason to click that square. At best, it'll be a 1.
I had more luck just solving the puzzles myself.
E: speaking of which, another bug I remember running into, but one in the player's favor: When you're talking to the owner of Lopunny Manor and asking him about prizes, I think his two prizes are a modified yes/no prompt. If you ask him about prizes, then cancel out of the choice, I'm pretty sure he gives you one of the prizes for free, but I don't remember which, and I don't know if you have to have enough tokens to afford it. I remember doing it, getting the prize, and my token count didn't go down, though.

Finding a lot of areas and paths inaccessible:
-Hoot Hoots says it's not the right time of day, no matter what time of day it is
-South of Lentell is inaccessible (preventing the start of shinx events and preventing getting dowsing machine for doing Leaf event with BHS) "Ok I understand but we should probably look for the girl"
-Can't find Buneary or "human" for hide and seek, not standing outside cave (might be on beach, which is inaccessible)
-Charmeleon nowhere to be found after walking out of restaurant/bar in a huff
-Delia makes the vigilante outfit but doesn't actually hand it over, only repeats the same scene over and over
Also the "Intro" quest is marked as Not Completed "Maybe Crabshaw has something to do" even very far into the game, Crabshaw has no new dialogue.
