You put the save files into the save folder.
You open the extracted Echii folder and click the "save" link.
Start the "debug.bat".
Not seeing it. I also tried skimming my AppData folders but nothing popped out as being tied to this game.
The save file is located in C:/Users/[ Username ]/Saved Games
