I try running the debug.bat file before and it keep giving me an error: This isn't the RGSS104 library.

The RGSS104 library is a dll file of RPG maker.
I can't imagine how your link works but the bat doesn't. All in it is the same you put in your shortcut.

so i played agin from the scrach , defected her ..got my 3rd badge but i till cant get poochyena task at the asher town .. i need to pick up the task in the pokecenter .. however aron task does show up
