You can use debug.bat to start the game in Debug mode. You can set your Pokémon's levels, but you'll also have to manually assign moves.

What, an old thread with an inactive OP for a game that's still receiving updates can't have inaccurate/incomplete tags?
In any case, it's completely optional. Or you could lean into it, if it's your thing.
You could even ignore the sexual content entirely and have a perfectly functional (if incomplete) Pokémon game. So long as you win all your fights, anyway.

Charizard has to cum twice, meaning the bar has to fill up and empty twice. Hold Shift or Left Arrow to fill the bar.
Hey I've just created a 100% save with all fuckable pokemon stored in the PC, all lvl 100, shiny and sorted into penis size. I've also created a text file with all fuckable pokemon and female trainers listed. Feel free to message me if something is missing.

Haven't played the newest version yet but if you're refering to the charizard scene you have to do the action twice to succeed. First time I played I messed that up as well.
