Can you fuck the boy in the Aster town Pokecenter? I tried flirting with him a bunch but that didn't work.

Are you trying to run the game from the compressed folder? You can also enter Debug mode by pressing Down Arrow + X on the Title Screen.

i can understand if the game creator isn't interested in visually depicting pregnancy content. Would be nice though to have pregnant NPC, art of the player character pregnant, or maybe another person creating a mod for it. If, ofc, modding is ok to do.

It's made in pokemon essentials aka rpgmaker xp. It will always be laggy unfortunately.
