A save is pointless there’s no gallery and most of the events are one time things. Just boot it up in debug and cheat if you really don’t wanna play
just look into the game files for the "H" folder, man, there you got everything

This is a set of suntans i've done for Allie, Emmie, and Jamie, i didn't do the battle transition images, and missed a few of the special H images, but everything else; the event images, the doggystyle images, the battle sprites, are all done,
I did this for my own entertainment, but i thought I'd post this for the community, the last 3 pictures are a preview of what i'm working on now, i'm working to change the skin coloures, tanned or otherwise of certain caracters, with the two pics showing what character will go what colour and the last being an example

step 4 - now come to the field where there are total 6 trees and dance in order i.e. move arrow keys in order(up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right<twice>) and Lugia will summon, there will be option to Submit to him or no if you submit to him there will be a H-scene and after that he will join your party. And if you press no battle will be begain (his level for me was lvl75)

Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed source. As far as I know, they can only be found held by wild Electabuzz.
I recommend having a Pokémon with the Frisk Ability & Thief in the lead. Personally, I use Stantler.
I believe there's a bug where Thief will fail to steal if it KOs the target, so don't overlevel.
