If there's no text on the wardrobe screen, you need to install the files from the Fonts folder.
There's a solution to that posted in the last couple of pages.
According to Google*, it's something to do with the sound engine.

Just saw a weird glitch. Or bug. I don't know. I was running along. Exiting the water town. The one with the porn movie studio. And then the purple npc right outside the town started sliding around right as I ran past him.
Anybody know if the glowing eyes statues outside of cliffshore do anything? You have the option to turn them around. But I don't know if they are for anything else. It's the place where you get the silph scope. And there's also a locked jail cell too.

It shouldn't take that long. What are you using to decompress it? 7-Zip is usually recommended.

No, it's still on development. Latest version was released on Dec. 23th 2023.
A save is pointless there’s no gallery and most of the events are one time things. Just boot it up in debug and cheat if you really don’t wanna play
just look into the game files for the "H" folder, man, there you got everything
