Hunter's and Drew's ultimate plan hasn't been revealed yet. Drew mainly seems to want lots of sex, and we've seen her employ some deceptive tactics to get it, but nothing as bad as Hunter's methods. As for impregnating the girls, that is definitely not Drew's goal. I'll just say we know that from Drew's bad endings in chapters 10 & 11.

Make sure you have a save folder by starting the game up once. Then place the save you are going to use and placing it in the "saves" folder. when you go to load a game, you should see the save to choose from.
