That's not a bad end. That's a What If. And so far nothing revealed in those has shown up in the main game. Not to mention the time frame would be all wrong. She would have gotten pregnant before she started fucking Sterling.

Whoops, I've only looked at 2 of the what ifs and forgot about them being separate.
Yes the What If... stories are seperate, but they're as canon as the Bad Ends. Which is to say, neither are canon.

I just came up with a very strange idea for this situation, What if MC will little Sterling's and Drew's also got little Drews from his other girls that he quite possibly has, especially ex-girlfriend Brenna is also his possible girlfriend for sex. .. will these little Sterlings and Drew continue on Mc/Drew path story when they grow up

Not to mention she almost let slip that she stopped having her periods and in the bad end teaser where Sterling i assumed to have died, she is pointed to her stomach and crying. There's too much pointing to her being pregnant.
