I'd give it a 1. You have to level up two relationships a little bit at the beginning in order to change a highlight from red to green. After that you don't have to improve any more relationships by repeating the same scenes.

The last we heard is possibly by the end of the month, but likely early next month. There is quite a lot in this update, it has more animation than the first 5 episodes put together.
