Like the (in)famous incest game that has brought forth the best known "villain", who never actually did anything (and who had a cameo in this one). After he was "voted off the island" by the patreons, the story went downhill fast (for anyone curious, it became "let's do porn!"), simply because getting the villain out WAS the story.

But in a way, at least that one was well, he was voted off by patreons...
But still, as mention before, think this game has the best balance of ntr and the content, your choices will matter, even for the what-ifs. where Dev will ensure both side has it what-if. And with the what-if, Dev actually make sure content comes out regularly. I am sure he will become much bigger as time goes! And don't forget the humor in it, there are great.

I see, my bad then. But still, in a way, you have to see that in a way, the number of people complaining about NTR and the people who vote are say... unproportional...? Like the people who are against it on the forum outnumbers the one that is okay with it, but at the voting, the ntr votes wins big time, (i am guessing). But still, Dev is being real cool about making sure it balance off. And I think I mention it before, in a way, NTR what if, is more of expanding on a point (as the bad ends always still end up ending at hunter expense, funny, but still), but if it is a what-if vanilla situation, it will most probably be something that is going to happen in the later chapters. (no idea about the vanilla what-if), but still... I still feel that this game is the one that balance both non-ntr and ntr content, a balance between it all.

There are so many games that have NTR, and well, got pressured into not having it, and ends up the game gets abandoned. Just feel at times, there are double standards between it, like how in non-ntr games, if anyone ask about ntr, they will ask them to get lost, claiming how anti-ntr people dont go to ntr games to ask to get rid of it, (maybe they don't, but there are people who do that.)
I fully understand and I'm one who always thinks the Dev should just do what they want and if it's a fetish that's causes fighting make it avoidable or skippable if the DEV cares about others peoples opinion so much. I also believe the voting is what it is because of the fanbase of this site to be honest. The big 3 Harem, Incest, and NTR are the biggest forces on this site and it's usually Harem Vs NTR crowd.

In a voting system where there's a disproportionate amount of fans on one side I just don't see NTR losing at all unless there is just some mass influx of fans that vote for another choice out of nowhere and even then I think they may win for a month then the NTR crowd would just honestly come out and crush every single vote afterwards because this game already has the other 2. Look at it like this IDK if you play or played WVM but if you have, does anyone here believe if WVM had a What If? voting system and incest was a choice that it would lose?... Don't answer it because there's no way in hell Incest would lose in a poll for WVM it just wouldn't, same thing with NTR on this game. The fanbase is to big to counteract. Maybe if there was only 2 choices instead of 3 it maybe closer but even still I could see it now someone coming to F9 showing that the poll is close and a mass support of NTR fans coming out of nowhere. That's the reality of the situation.

The sad thing is and this is just my speculation I think What Why wants to put out all the scenes in the poll there just isn't enough time to without pushing the main game back.

Wait what game is that?

It always surprises me how huge of an NTR fanbase this game has. The hunter scenes, hilarious as they are, are so few in number. In an update we get 2 hunter scenes which make up around 20%, max 25% of all sex scenes. And when you count all scenes not just the sex scenes the ratio gets more unbalanced.

That's a bit of a contradiction. "Do what you want, except if people don't like it." But also, if the fetish is the whole point, why should it be avoidable? I mean, don't get me wrong, I know about catering to people and how to get the largest audience, but there's a difference between the "largest audience" and "target audience". If someone wants to make a game, based on a lesser known franchise, specifically for that fanbase, he can be liberal with the story and change key elements to cater to as much people as possible, but piss off the hardcore fans, or stay true to the source material and only get a small fanbase. So, he either does what he wants to do, or he does what people want. In most cases, you can't have both.

Oh yes. This game is pretty much anti-NTR. Every opportunity is shut down hard. But because there's a rival, the NTR "monster" rears its ugly head. Even with the NTR switched off, people have complained in the past that Hunter was present. Just goes to show, I guess, people are idiots.

I think it's not really that surprising, most of the harem/vanilla players won't even give a game a chance if they see the NTR tag, so the people that end up sticking around will mostly be NTR fans.

That's true. It's always a surprise to me how far people will stretch NTR. It's like no male that isn't the MC is allowed to have sex. Even with the "NTR avoidable" clarification, people still ask "does that mean that it doesn't happen at all or that we just don't see it, because I don't want that either". Like, dude, grow up. It's a game.

I mean everyone has their preferences, if poeple don't like NTR and want to avoid games with that type of content, I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I don't see a problem with people asking for clarification either. To me the annoying part is when people try force devs to add or remove certain fetishes.

Sorry if this was asked before but will adding Drew to the harem be an option in future updates, or is it completly off the table for him only being one of the two antagonists and will only have bad ends?

Agreed this website has such a broad definition of NTR, its basically if any other guy is involved it gets tagged as NTR. Not too mention some people are so anal about NTR. I remember a game had an NTR warning stating that in the game you run a brothel and girls over there have sex with clients offscreen just so no one throws a hissy fit. I mean thats not even NTR and shouldn't require a warning. That's why when i see an NTR tag i have to clarify what it means

Its the same with this game at times, at times you will have some guy asking for more hunter/NTR content in place of sterling and for each such person you will 10 guys going on a Rant about NTR in this game and it should be removed.

I dont think we have any info regarding this

I probably should've worded it better. Make it avoidable or skippable if YOU as in the DEV cares what other people think. I don't give a fuck I just won't play your game and won't complain if it's me.

It's funny that there are actually people like this. They don't speak from any personal experience of putting out visual novels themselves and then make claims like this. They haven't written any novels, short stories, or similar literature to demonstrate skill with writing entertaining dialogue. They can't come up with cohesive plots or write effective characterization. They act like creating fluid and decent quality animations is easy but have never even downloaded something like DAZ themselves. And with all of that, they have yet to become adept at coding too. It's ridiculous.

You speak from the experience of you yourself putting out visual novel after visual novel, 365 chapters this past year, yes? And you have written many novels, short stories, and similar literature to demonstrate your skill with writing entertaining dialogue? How about cohesive plots? Maybe some effective characterization? I assume you're also able to create fluid and decent quality animations within a few hours, correct? You also have proven yourself an adept coder, also handled within the same day? Asking for a friend.
If I am not wrong, that scene is literally from the game, that is a joke the dev made.
SuddenReal is being sarcastic to the guy who is asking when the next chapter will be out when only the first teaser is out.

My mistake, then. I'm sorry, SuddenReal. I see so much of unrealistic criticism and hypocrisy in comments in different threads, I thought this was more of that. There are literally people who say stuff like that, which I guess is probably the very thing WhatWhy is pointing out, then. I haven't finished the latest update yet, so if it's in Chapter 9 I spoke too quickly; if it's in an earlier chapter, my memory is crap. My apologies; I've changed my earlier comment.
