There is no grind in the game. Except if you refer to going through story parts you don't find interesting (to advance to the next chapter) as grinding. There is a Helper-bot in MC's room that will always tell you a full overview of current chapter's story events, and which you need to go through to unlock anything blocked.
So it is not stats-based like a dating sim when it comes to the different LIs.
In the intro/prologue the Helper-bot will tell you how all this work.

I put up with most of it because it's a game and just a bit of fun, but being treated like a slave is hard no for me. If that's the direction the game is going to take then I wish you all the best and that those of you who enjoy this sort of content get your kicks out of it. I stopped playing the moment Ophelia started her femdom stuff, so let me know if the direction on that changes later in the story, I may stick around and button mash my way through those parts just to see where it all goes.

Next main update is months away and is unlikely to be the final chapter. Since Drew was just introduced, my guess is that several chapters will be about building Drew's story and whatever household dynamics may unfold.

There are a lot of positive aspects about this game, but it's all let down by one element. The characters, at least the core family members all treat the main character like shit. Having turned the NTR off, I find the my biggest adversaries in the game are the actual love interests, at least the main three family members, as appose to Hunter, he's just a dick shriviller because he looks gross.

Katherine just does what ever the hell she wants regardless of anyone else's wishes, or the consequences she leaves them with. Brenna pretty much just uses you for money and then tries to make you feel like a creep for possibly being attracted to her, though she's the best of the three and I feel a lot of progress in breaking her down happened in the honeymoon suite.
Ophelia uses you to relieve her sexual pressures, slowly easing the boundaries, but the moment you take a push or yourself she flips out and admonishes you for it, despite having a fairly open discussion on that very topic the night before. And then goes all femdom on you (a bigger dick shriviller than Hunters face for me). That being said, "No means no" MC!

I feel the same. It doesn't bother me that it's "called out" in terms of the stuff porn games usually make use of to advance the story (not a monster @ Ophelia scene for example.) But it bothers me when you as the protagonist keep getting "called out" (Ophelia flipping out, Brenna flipping out) when you do anything, but they can push whatever boundaries they want, and 9/10 the game doesn't mention it while it would've broken the MCs legs had it been him doing it.
I don't think it works, all it ever does is annoy me - as I continue to try and ignore it because I do enjoy the rest of the game. If you're gonna call out porn game stuff, then don't do it from a hypocritical stance. Or do it if you want, but I'll still sit here and be a bit miffed about it

This game is an interesting play experience. The quality is high, the content is... mostly good, the character models are original and beautiful and the humour generally pretty good. The gameplay itself isn't too bad, usually I'd avoid sandbox but this isn't done in a tedious way. Update times aren't great but I understand a lot of the time goes into the [what if...] aspects, which is not something I play or am interested in, but at least the dev is putting out content.

If I was the MC in this game, or had any kind of control what so ever. I'd be asking to move into the aunts house and leaving those ungrateful bitches to suffer under the intentions of a true creep.

Traditionally, fictional villains tend to be ugly. Fictional heroes tend to be handsome.
While I haven't played this in a couple of updates, I see the MC as a character in a story. If he's a dipshit, I don't have a problem with him losing the girl. Of course, in this story, that's an end of game moment and you jump back as if it never happened.

Yeah, like the scene with Ophelia talking about how men always want it all and eventually what they're doing won't be enough for the MC anymore. She's right and everything she said was true, but she never thought to apply that logic to herself, or to take into account that the man she was talking about was her son and everything he's done since moving back has been to help her and the rest of the family.

I think that's why the honeymoon suite scene in the hotel with Brenna felt so rewarding, she asked the right questions and realized her brother was a genuinely good person and that she had been unfairly assuming the worst about him the whole time.

Personally I'd just like to have an ally in the house, someone else who knows everything that you've been trying to stop and will actively help you in preventing that. Someone that knows there is a real monster in the house and that the MC isn't some sexual predator just waiting to tear their panties off. Another thing that would be good is if the MC would point out the hypocrisy of his family and if they don't acknowledge it then he just threaten to leave, go and stay with the Aunt for a few days and let them discover what they've really been living with this whole time.

At the end of the day this is a sex game and I'm playing the harem route. It shouldn't be giving me bad feels. Then again, maybe I'm just taking the whole thing too seriously because Ophelia went all femdom (which is a big turn off me) and blue balled me.
