I said it many times, so i'll give the shortened and to the point version

Someone reported PV specifically for What if 4, 4 months ago. Dev removed what if 1 through 4 from his page. Now, just before he was to release CH 10 at the end of May, they got back to the dev and told him he needed to make changes to the main game too. So dev went through the entirety of the game to fix any implications of incest, rape, blackmail etc. Even fixing some things that Patreon themselves didn't like and were not actually rules.

As of right now, Patreon has the corrections they asked for and are reviewing the game. Ball is in their court. Dev is just waiting for them to get back to him with the greenlight so he can release his next chapter.

and saying there was NO news about CH 10, When there was.

It`s not Patreon, it`s Paypal which represents quite strange views of its own.
But since Patreon obviously doesn't want to do without Paypal as a payment service provider, they just go along with it.

Not just PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & Worldpay, the 3 main payment processors worldwide all have a rather puritanical view of sexuality & I read recently that Visa & Mastercard are both controlled by fundamentalist Christians.
