Figured it out, apparently if you download something twice it adds a (#) after patch and deleting the number is what made it work

Nope, 7 is the first to need a patch to add story. The others would just change relations. Like mom, sister, etc.

I finally figured it out a while ago, and it's so obvious you're gonna wanna smack yourself. The anti-NTR fanatics are clearly people who've been cheated on. The more rabid their hate for the kink, the greater the heartbreak they suffered. The idea of someone getting off on their deepest humiliation drives them berserk.
Of course they can't say any of that, so I don't have any direct evidence, but it just fills in all the gaps so perfectly.
Nah. A lot of people don't like ntr because most people self insert themselves into the protagonist role. I'd argue that most people who play the game probably don't like ntr in fact. The majority of the people that like ntr are probably in that minority of people that don't self inset themselves on to the protagonist and like the corruption aspect more than the ntr aspect. Most people just have better things to do than visit the forum every hour of the day and don't like to argue.
Some people are rabbid when against ntr because a lot of people on this site are crazy in general with nothing better to do. People on this site love to bitch and moan about anything that doesn't go their way. When we first got Ophelia's femdoms scene there were tons of people bitching and moaning too because they dislike that fetish. They are just whinning about the ntr right now because it's fresh on their minds. You can't win with these people. They are always going to look for some excuse to omplain and thing the game has to work around them or their prefernces. I've seen people get just as crazy about games including or not including certain kinks as well. Honestly I think some of the blame right now is probably the what ifs as that's what brings it to their attention. Truth is they don't really care that ntr is in the game. What they actually are angry aout is the fact the dev is willing to support ntr instead of vanilla. They feel llike the dev is playing favorites and not focusing on what they want.
If it's not ntr they are going to find something else to complain about, it's same people every thread. They are either bitching about a kink they dislike, about how long the game takes to develop, or about a character they dislike. And the more popular a game is the worst it is. There are tons of games with optional ntr that don't get this type of drama because it's not as popular as this game is. The people that don't like ntr in those threads just ignore it's presence
