Especially since, again, Hunter hasn't set foot in his room ever since Drew showed up, and if we have to assume What If 7 is SOMEWHAT Canon in the way the characters interact (IE, Hunter considers Drew transitioning into becoming a woman akin to "losing his heir and son" so to speak (Hence Ophelia not wanting to hear her father talk like that about Drew in the massage bad ending (as well as not wanting to hear him talk shit about her mom either), in a classic "Cis Parent of Trans Kid" shit scenario), then he and Drew probably didn't leave on the best of terms after she "let him down" by deciding to become a woman after discovering herself.

This to say, for him to be on that Balcony to face fucks Ophelia and Brenna while drinking wine, things have to have changed enough that he feels 1) Safe enough not to expect Sterling to tackle him off the balcony and 2) Not to have Drew to interrupt him.

I downloaded What if Vol 8 and it said that a patch is required so I thought that it might be the uncensored patch from lewdpatcher I clicked on it and downloaded it then installed it into my game folder and it still told me the message. I also looked at the save file from the extras and it only game me stuff from the main game

We've seen enough plot twists to know that anything could happen, but I will be astonished if Sterling is misinterpreting the emails, because there's a preponderance of evidence:
