It's usually a few days between each tier, if I remember correctly it was about 5 days to a week when we got it here after it's initial release for the last update.

As far as I'm aware, if you play the clean version and then install the incest patch it will corrupt the saves from the clean version and vice versa. So you either play without the patch or with the whole way.
