Even with the mouse capabilities of MV, your best bet is to use the keyboard controls for movement. The pathing can be aweful when using the mouse, which can cause you to not go through doors and stairways correctly.Thanks Alex2011... I tried going up the stairs for 15 minutes and didn't work... seems there was an issue with my mouse pointer.. works now that I know what the issue is.

No, it's not just you. I feel the same way. This game is bland.
Actually it's a habit of hold click that make wrong calculate
for stair, you need to point at the first tile because higher or deeper than that is unpassable tile
you can't rely to click on unreachable target
but yes it's still annoying
but again in all game even in rts or mmo
these problems still happen

For those who bought it, get your money back. You won't get the serious mistakes in the game fixed .
Got my save and a description there and you still can't get it .

we're sorry, we do try to fix them, but this seems like a one-time bug that we cannot reproduce
For ol after Join your grupp Sophina ist the game Defective at a certain point .
You can't even fix the save afterwards .
.Got my save and a description there and you still can't get it .

fixed it,
download and install patch v3,
You must be registered to see the links
back-up your save, install the game again, & then add this v3 patch and see if it fixed the issue for you as well.

I'm using the non-installer but the patch always say that I have to use the Steam version. Do I have to get the non-installer version?
You can use installer patch over your non installer one just make sure to click on non installer folder on your computer.
